The Tilley Guarantee
We pride ourselves on making "the finest hats and travel clothing in the world" and treating our customers in the fairest way possible. If there is ever a problem caused by poor workmanship or faulty material, please bring in your freshly washed garment to us and we'll repair or replace the garment for free-whatever's fair. Tilley Hats, Classic Weight AdventureCloth Classic Shorts, VOMP and Water Bottle will be replaced if they EVER wear out. Don't forget our Tilley Socks are guaranteed 'all-holes-barred' for 3 years. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse or improper care is not covered, which we think is only fair.
ExOfficio Guarantee
100% customer satisfaction is our goal. In case of a product defect, ExOfficio will replace the product with a comparable item or refund your money. The decision is at the sole discretion of ExOfficio, though we will always try our hardest to do what will make you, our customer, the happiest.
Eagle Creek Guarantee
All Eagle Creek products are manufactured with the highest standard of workmanship and the best quality of materials available. However, sometimes a repair or examination is required to bring your Eagle Creek product back into shape, so it may continue to serve as your faithful traveling companion.
Eagle Creek Lifetime Guarantee
Eagle Creek's workmanship and materials are guaranteed against defect or malfunction for the life of the product. If our product proves defective during the course of normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Eagle Creek No Matter What Damage Repair Policy
In late 2004 Eagle Creek introduced an exclusive new line of luggage called Exploration Systems or ES. We are so confident in the engineering and durability of these products that we have added a Damage Repair clause to our existing Lifetime Warranty. This policy states that all Exploration Systems luggage products are covered by a no-matter-what-policy: If your luggage is ever damaged (even by the airlines) we'll repair or replace it free of charge - no matter what. Keep in mind this is a damage repair policy, not a theft or loss policy. The products that are currently covered on this policy are the following: Tarmac ES 22, Tarmac ES 25, Tarmac ES 28, Switchback Max ES 22, Switchback Max ES 25, ORV Trunk, ORV Super Trunk, ORV Gear Bag, ES Carry On, Explorer Trek Pack, Explorer Pack, Ultimate Explorer Pack. All other Eagle Creek products are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.

Our Customer Service Representatives are here to help. We take pride in the products we sell, and only sell the best in the world! We are always willing to help and, most of all, we enjoy what we do. Please contact us and will do our best to answers any questions you may have about any of the products we sell.
Exchanges
If your new purchase doesn't fit, bring it back. If the color doesn't suit you, bring it back. If the new item isn't quite what you expected, we'll cheerfully exchange the item for one of the right size or color within 30 days of the original purchase.
Refunds
If the new unaltered regular priced item isn't quite what you expected, we'll refund the purchase price within 10 days of the original purchase (receipt required). Sorry no refunds on discounted merchandise.
Online and Mail Orders
Adventure Clothing has a 30-day exchange policy and a 10-day refund policy. You may return your merchandise to Adventure Clothing within 30 or 10 days upon the receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase. Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems.
